| Comments: The good people of
Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, like others across America, join together
to watch and participate in the annual July 4th parade to celebrate
the American
Day of Independence. The event is sometimes small town USA, sometimes
gaudy, usually loud, but always fun. These cheerful ladies in
their red hats and purple dresses are members of the Red Hat Society.
For the most part their ages are over 50, and they all expect to
have fun with a little bit of silliness
thrown in for good measure. |
