| Comments: One often sees bag pipers
at the numerous festivals held each year throughout Scotland.
Seldom, however, do they appear unexpectantly just around the next
turn of the road. These were a handsome pair, decked out in their
finest, as they entertained themselves alone just south of Port
William. |
